For angling at night and for just finding some piece of tackle that rolled under the couch you need a flashlight. I’m a total flashlight geek and love every cool new one that fits my needs. With the advent of LEDs in handheld lights even tiny little ones that fit in the palm of your hand can light up the whole boat. Price wise quality lights are easy to find on line and some of the newer ones charge, if you like, via USB at your computer.
