Here I am on the banks looking at a stream wishing I had packed an Emmrod. This would have been the perfect place for a Combat rod and a small spinning reel loaded with Nanofil sporting a light flurorcarbon leader. So far as a lure for sure it would be a trout weight Daredevel. This location is downtown Golden, Colorado yesterday while taking a walking tour of the area. You know that whole Emmrod rig including lures would have taken almost zero room in my bag. I had expected snow and cold this trip with zero fishing options open to me, my mistake for sure.
