This was my field office for the week at Lake of the Woods. We have used these Lund Alaskan boats up here since the late 1990s. Great to fish from the 18′ versions equipped with 40HP Mercury four stroke engines have range and enough speed for a nice day on the water. I carried a number of Emmrods as you can see from the shot. This way I’m sure the various combinations of rod, reel and line will work for our customers. When someone calls or emails about an Emmrod I like to know the type of line and reel they intend to use plus what they are fishing for. That way I’m sure the rod they purchase will be the best for the job.
